Services:

Per hour from Mon to Fri  £15
Per hour on weekends  £25
* (For each employee from 8am to 5pm.)

Maintenance & Emergency:


"Standard rate" from Mon to Fri from 8am to 5pm,
  £ 80 first hour, every next hour  £60

"Overtime rate" from 5pm to 9pm and weekends from 8am to 9pm,
  120 first hour, every next hour  £85

"Standard rate" from Mon to Fri for a full day of work from 8am to 5pm.  360th

The monthly subscription Maintenance & Emergency only  £45, payable every month.
* (contract signed for the year).

Inspections & Certificates - Price is subject to determination.
